Welcome to Storyloved, a place for readers to collect the books they love, discover new stories, and celebrate their reading journeys.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules and conditions for accessing and using Storyloved. By creating an account or using Storyloved, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Storyloved is an independently operated reading platform. References to "Storyloved," "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator of the Storyloved website and application.

Storyloved is intended for adults aged 18 and older. By registering for an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms.

We may suspend or remove accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities occurring through your account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to avoid impersonating another person.

You may not access another reader's account without permission or attempt to bypass Storyloved's security measures. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact support@storyloved.com.

Storyloved provides tools to organize your reading life, including personal libraries, shelves, reading statuses, ratings, reread histories, Reading Memories, and reading insights. You are responsible for the information you choose to add to your account.

Storyloved is designed to help readers track and celebrate reading, but we cannot guarantee that every book, edition, cover, author, or piece of metadata will be complete or accurate. Features may change as the platform develops.

You retain ownership of original content you create and submit to Storyloved, including your original reviews, shelf descriptions, recommendations, and Reading Memories.

By submitting content, you grant Storyloved a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, reproduce, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the service and provide the features you choose to use. This license does not give Storyloved ownership of your original content.

For content you intentionally make public, you also authorize Storyloved to display it to other readers and visitors according to the platform's available sharing features. You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not violate another person's rights or applicable law.

We do not claim ownership of books, cover artwork, or other third-party materials displayed through Storyloved.

Storyloved offers privacy and visibility settings for certain reading features. You are responsible for selecting the appropriate visibility settings when sharing shelves or other content.

Public content may be viewed by other readers and, where applicable, visitors to public pages. Private Reading Memories and personal reading records are intended to remain accessible only to authorized users.

Storyloved is intended to be a welcoming community for readers with different tastes, interests, and perspectives. When participating in public shelves, recommendations, nominations, or other community features, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or target other readers.
• Publish hateful or discriminatory content directed at people or protected groups.
• Share another person's private information without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
• Post spam, scams, malicious links, or deceptive promotions.
• Upload content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or interfere with the platform.
• Use Storyloved for unlawful activities.

Readers may discuss books containing mature, dark, controversial, or emotionally difficult themes. Discussing these subjects is not itself a violation of our community rules.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or pose risks to other readers or the service.

Storyloved may display book titles, author names, descriptions, publication details, editions, and cover artwork obtained from external sources. This information may come from providers such as Google Books, Open Library, and other book-data or image services.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and terms. Storyloved does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, completeness, or continued display of external book information. References to books, authors, publishers, and other third parties do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation.

Storyloved offers book discovery through curated collections, reading moods, tropes, community recommendations, and other features. Recommendations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

Reading preferences are subjective. We cannot guarantee that every recommendation will match your tastes or expectations. We may update or remove curated collections and recommendations as the platform evolves.

Storyloved is a reader-focused platform. Authors, publishers, and other book-industry professionals are welcome to participate in accordance with our community guidelines.

Storyloved may offer opportunities for author-curated shelves, publisher collections, book events, interviews, giveaways, advance reader copies, and other book-related features.

All official author and publisher promotional opportunities are subject to Storyloved's review and approval. Submitting content or requesting a feature does not guarantee publication or promotion. Storyloved retains editorial discretion over which submissions are accepted, how they are presented, and when they appear.

Authors and publishers may not independently publish promotional material in Storyloved's official featured collections, editorial sections, or other designated promotional areas without authorization.

Ordinary reader reviews, shelves, and community contributions remain subject to their applicable visibility settings and community guidelines. Authors and publishers participating as readers must not use those features for spam, misleading promotion, or undisclosed commercial activity.

Sponsored content, affiliate relationships, and other material commercial connections will be clearly disclosed as required by applicable law. Promotional participation does not guarantee favorable reviews, ratings, or recommendations.

You agree not to misuse Storyloved or interfere with its normal operation. You may not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, private information, databases, administrative features, or underlying infrastructure.

You may not introduce malicious software, use automated systems to overload the service, or attempt to extract private reader information. Any automated access, scraping, or commercial use of Storyloved content requires prior written permission unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.

You may stop using Storyloved at any time. You can request account deletion through the account settings.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect readers, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Account deletion and data retention are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Storyloved accessible and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops.

Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice of significant changes that materially affect readers.

The Storyloved name, original website design, branding, software, and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Storyloved, subject to applicable third-party rights. You may use Storyloved for personal, lawful reading-related activities in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Storyloved's intellectual property to users.

Storyloved is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free functionality, or the accuracy of third-party book information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Storyloved and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Any additional limitation of liability, including an appropriate monetary cap and legally required exceptions, will be finalized before publication.
